The booking must include accurate information regarding the type and size of skip required, the location for placement, and the hire period.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
4.1 Pricing
The cost of hiring a skip depends on its size, the duration of hire, and any additional services requested. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional fees. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are settled.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Delivery and Collection
The Service Provider is responsible for delivering the skip to the designated location at the agreed-upon time. Collection will occur at the end of the hire period unless otherwise arranged.
6.1 Accessibility
The designated area must be accessible for delivery and collection of the skip. Any obstructions or difficulties in access may result in additional charges.
7. Use of the Skip
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the skip is used appropriately and does not exceed its weight or size capacity. Misuse may result in penalties or additional charges.
7.1 Prohibited Items
- Chemicals and hazardous materials
- Batteries
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Electrical appliances
Unauthorized disposal of prohibited items is strictly forbidden and may lead to fines or legal action.
8. Liability
Manor Park Skip Hire is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during the hire period, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
8.1 Insurance
Customers are advised to obtain insurance for any high-value items being disposed of. The Service Provider does not offer insurance coverage for items placed in the skip.

The height and placement of the skip must comply with local regulations to ensure safety. It is the Customer's responsibility to inform the Service Provider of any restrictions or guidelines.
